If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of:
- the item
- the outer packaging
- the inner protective packaging
We’ll review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
Please note that slight variations in color, surface details, and hand-finished elements are normal and are not considered defects.

If you need to request a return, please contact us first before sending anything back.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
Custom, altered, or specially prepared items may not be eligible for return.
